We are actively looking for a highly driven HR Manager to identify and define the best people-centred strategies, on a A-Z basis: administrative tasks, career path, comp&ben, people development, payroll, recruitment, team building activities, training needs. What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding process definition and implementation
  • Great HR practices definition and implementation
  • Processes management, by ensuring an excellent organisational experience to all the employees throughout their life cycle in the company, from people’s entry to their exit
  • Design and implement the employees’ performance evaluation system, based on 360.º feedback
  • Conceive and materialize the company’s values and culture (culture book), in collaboration with the Founders
  • Plan and organize some internal and/or external events, as also as team activities
  • Develop the company’s employer branding in partnership with the marketing team, being responsible for all the communication related to talent attraction & acquisition
  • Recruit and attract the best talent for each new job opening on a full-cycle, by developing an amazing talent pool
  • In close collaboration with our CFO, set and present proposals and offer letters, as also management of the comp & ben program
  • HRIS management (BambooHR)
  • Contracts management
  • Collaborate in the efficient management of the company and office operations, namely by establishing partnerships with external providers (telco, laptops, merchandising and marketing, brokers, flexible benefits, travelling), ensuring budgets control

About you:

  • Management background (preferred)
  • 4-6 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist role is required
  • Experience in IT recruitment is a big big plus
  • Proven organisational skills and strong multi-tasking and execution skills
  • Creative, analytical and detail-oriented self-starter, who can work successfully both independently and as part of a team
  • Event planning and/or meeting coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese - other languages are a plus
  • Communicative, with a positive attitude and a passion for people
  • Attention to details and critical thinking skills
  • Desire to thrive at Sensei.
