How Can You Help?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sensei, your primary mission is to shorten the time for acquiring new and key talent, ensuring we efficiently bring in the best people to support our rapid growth around the Growth, Engineering and Operations Business Units. To excel in this position, you should be highly organized, creatively approach challenges, and act as an influential advocate for Sensei’s employer brand.

Daily at Sensei, you will:

  • Lead and drive full-cycle recruitment: Source and attract passive candidates by building and maintaining talent networks
  • Build a talent pipeline: Develop a pool of freelancers/outsourcers to meet specific needs throughout the year
  • Conduct screenings and interviews: Use various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates efficiently
  • Enhance candidate experience: Focus on providing constant feedback and promoting Sensei’s Employer Value Proposition
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Develop close relationships to understand their hiring needs and optimize processes
  • Manage onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires

You Will Bring to the Table:

  • Degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Recruiter for several type of roles, including Product, Engineering, Sales positions
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools like Notion, Google, and BambooHR
  • Exceptional networking skills and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a solution-focused mindset
  • Professional handling of confidential information
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and market trends
  • English is mandatory

  • Experience in a fast-moving company

  • Willingness to handle mundane tasks with enthusiasm and embrace challenges

After Six Months, Success Means:

  • You have a deep understanding of our  processes and have managed them to improve delivery dates
  • Clearly understand our business and are a clear advocate of our brand
  • Successfully managed ~15 recruitment processes, influencing hiring partners to apply defined standards
  • Prepared to take on People Generalistic topics apart from the Recruitment scope
