Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the purchasing of all items on the Bill of Materials;
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and track compliance;
- Manage stock levels of a limited range of items;
- Log and track purchase orders.
- Ensure alternate suppliers or alternative materials
- Based in Lisbon.
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Have experience in purchasing roles, interpreting Bill of Materials, tracking purchase orders and expenses;
- Have experience managing performance of suppliers;
- Have experience in Microsoft Office as a user;
- Are responsible and professional;
- Are eager to learn;
- Are organised;
- Are fluent in Portuguese and conversational English.
