Head of Brazil
Your mission within Sensei will be to drive business opportunities in the Brazilian market and to forge strong relationships with clients in order to generate sustainable financial growth in the Brazilian market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish Sensei as the leading autonomous store tech provider in Brazil
  • Own GTM strategy and its execution in your market
  • Create business in your market: Identify and nurture B2B customer leads from prospects to deal closure to ongoing lifecycle support
  • Own, drive and manage (both internally & externally) effective relationships with current and prospective b2b customers
  • Drive local partnerships that help Sensei improve the scalability and ensure consistent service quality in your market
  • Liaise with internal business, product and operations teams as well as C-level management on product, sales and pricing strategy

What success looks like after 6 months on the job

  • You have understood Sensei’s products, solutions and the value they provide to shoppers and retailers
  • You have an agreed GTM strategy and plan for Brazil and are executing on it.
  • You have successfully established a relationship with  top grocery retailers, forecourt owners and retail space operators
  • You are engaged with top potential clients in assessing the potential for rolling out autonomous stores and cabinets
  • You have positioned yourself as a trusted partner to our existing customers and are driving the entire organization to delivery consistent high quality solutions to them

You’ll thrive in this role if

  • You have at least 7 years prior experience selling B2B technology to  retail customers, ideally in the grocery space, and a strong network
  • You enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders and different audiences - from C-level executives at large corporations to technical team members, and adapt your language and style to each one
  • You are passionate about retail and have a deep interest in understanding how autonomous retail can be an enabler of better customers service, increased business and improved efficiency
  • You have strong communications skills and high ability to influence
  • You have gravitas, are a well-organized professional and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English
  • You are available to frequently travel to meet clients whenever necessary
  • You possess a Master's degree in Business or a related field from a top university
