Sensei Wins Gold at the Retail Innovation Award 2026

On July 8th, in a packed auditorium at the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn, something we have been working towards for a long time became official.Sensei was awarded Gold at the Retail Innovation Award 2026, voted by the audience at the DHBW Heilbronn Retail Innovation Days. An event that brought together some of the most forward thinking minds in European retail, under the theme Visions, Technologies, Growth. We were on stage alongside two exceptional companies. Trigo, and fulfillmenttools. Five minutes each.

Then the audience decided.They chose Sensei.

‍Our submission was built around Continente Bom Dia, the world's largest intelligent store, located in Leiria, Portugal. A place where every product interaction, every customer movement and every shelf change is understood in real time, without apps, without checkouts, without friction.This award belongs to everyone who believed in this project from the beginning.
