Hardware Deployment Engineer
We are looking for a hardware deployment technician to support the implementation of our systems on the field. You will help design the implementation process of our hardware, develop and support our partner network in the field, validate installations and help troubleshoot issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Help outline the installation requirements for our client projects;
- Develop Bill of Materials for projects and source suppliers and alternatives;
- Implement our solutions on the field;
- Oversee the deployment of and provide support to Sensei systems in clients, national and abroad;
- Help qualify and train our partner network.
- Based in Lisbon but with frequent travel.
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering or similar;
- Have 3+ years of experience in the implementation of mechanical and electrical projects;
- Have experience in Linux;
- Have experience with python;
- Have experience in Microsoft Office as a user;
- Are responsible and professional;
- Are an autonomous decision maker with a clear decision making process;
- Excel at finding solutions to problems on the field;
- Are fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish or French are great pluses);
- Enjoy and are available to travel to different client locations.
