About your Team  

• You'll be part of the Ops team, a dynamic team that is essential to Sensei's success;

• The Ops team is responsible for end-to-end supply chain, from component purchase to final product assembly; Implement all Sensei hardware solutions with the highest quality in the shortest time possible. Support operation of all stores, including monitoring metrics and helping with maintenance;

• We are constantly in communication with engineering to help improve the quality and robustness of our solutions, and we are constantly in communication with growth to guarantee on-time delivery to our customers.

How Can You Help?

• Improving the production processes of our products;

• Improving quality control processes in production;

• Create clear and objective maintenance processes to be implemented by external teams;

• Helping together with the engineering team to improve our products and make them more robust and of better quality.

Daily at Sensei, you will:

• Work together with the operations teams in the field to observe current production processes and improve them in order to increase efficiency and quality;
• Accompanying the maintenance team in order to standardize processes and make them more efficient and robust;
• Work with the product development team to improve product components and architecture to make them more robust and error-proof.

You will bring to the table:

• Continuous improvement mentality, capable of questioning current processes and constantly improving them;
• A person who focuses on details and does things with judgment and in the best possible way;
• Ability to base decisions on data and evidence.

After six months, success means:

• Increase the production capacity of sensei products, reducing assembly times;
• Reduce errors during the assembly process;
• Reduction in the number of incidents after Stores Go Live;
• Reduce the cost of our products.
